What types of documents can you edit?

We can edit almost any type of document. We may occasionally need clarification on certain parts, but our goal is to help turn your document into something that is clear and easy for the general population to read.

When submitting documents, we accept Microsoft word or pdf files. We are also happy to work with you on a variety of file types, websites, or other forms of writing you may need help with.

What does the document look like when I receive it?

You will likely notice that your document is shorter. When you compare our version to the original, you will see the same information is presented in a shorter more concise easy-to-read format.

This is still your document, and you are free to make any final edits before using it. We will provide you with a clean, revised version containing our suggestions. If we changed something in a way that alters your intended meaning, let us know and we will be happy to adjust it.

How much does it cost?

The cost depends on the amount of time it takes to edit your document. There are 2 different pricing options depending on your desired timeline needs. If you do not pay your completed bill within 90 days of invoiced, we will add $500 to each month it is late.

  • 14-business day return

    • $150 for the first hour

    • $75 per additional (each) hour

    • Sales tax applies to the entire total

    • Payment: $150 is due at the time of submission. The remaining is due with the delivery of the edited document.

  • 3-business day return (up to 50 pages - if the document exceeds this, contact us to discuss a timeline)

    • $450 for the first hour

    • $375 per additional (each) hour

    • Sales tax applies to the entire total

Will my documents be secure?

Yes. When you create an account, documents uploaded through this site are submitted in a secure portal. To receive the final version, we will send them through your login to the site. You can contact us if you would like them delivered a different way.

We treat all documents with strict confidentiality. We do not share or discuss any content we receive. If you require a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), we are happy to sign one upon request.
